Permits

All we can say is just don't, don't use this guy in any way. We worked our whole life to get to this point, to build our home from the ground up and now, everyday I have to look at the poor workmanship and poor work ethic this guy had. He used sub par talent and never, ever came to check on jobs as they were done and was well over 7 months late in finishing, causing us to lose thousands of dollars.
We have mediocre tile finishes, poor wood finishes with toe kicks backward and corners raw without paint. Every corner I look in, it is messy and gerry rigged.
Poor to non existent communication skills. When concerns were brought up to this builder we received the same phrases over and over: "not the only house he is working on", he's been busy, he's out of town, and always, always someone else's fault. Now, 3 years later we are having to do a lot of replacements and or repairs to things that had not been done correctly the first time.
