President
I hired Alara (Sam Dogan) for a 2nd story addition. Paid him over $100,000. Do yourself the favor and run!!!
1. Damaged my entire first floor because they can’t tarp a house. Rained inside my house for 10 days!!!
2. Underinsured!!! Their/ his insurance company denied the water damage claim because he didn’t have the coverage to remove a roof from a house!!!
3. Failed every milestone inspection.
A. Plans - failed
B. Temp electrical pole - failed
C. Framing - failed
D. Sheathing - failed
E. Electrical - failed
F. Final framing - failed
G. What difference does it make - they failed them all.
4. Brought a plumber not licensed in NJ to install my heat - now it doesn’t work!!!
5. Didn’t know the bathroom design - sink too close to toilet - had to re-tile wall and move plumbing lines at the last minute due to failed final plumbing inspection.
6. Shoddy tile work in bathroom - crooked tiles, shower pan holds water in one corner.
7. Not on the job - guys would only show up for half days.
8. Sheet-rocked the shower stall. Had to remove and replace with cement board.
9. And the list unfortunately goes on....
