It was great working w/Chris Smith, Construction Mgr. However, I have had numerous serious problems: (1) a massive chimney leak; (2) a wiring problem at the range outlet that, had it not been found when it was, could very easily have resulted in an electrical fire; (3) had numerous electrical problems causing circuit breakers to shut off which are ongoing; (4) had an electrical fire which required the services of thebFire Department having been caused by faulty wiring. Chris Smith was wonderful at correcting thess problems. However, I have not yet contacted him about repairs due to the electrical fire. I would expect it to be covered by the 10-year warranty but, will see once I have communicated with Chris. If I had not been at home when that fire began I, likely, would have lost my home. Despite the problems that could have been disastrous, I wwould consider Alaris Homes as my future builder. Alaris Homes was exceptionally agreeable to my numerous floorplan changes and home upgrades. However, it would be conditional upon my securing specific warranties regarding specific elements within the home.
