  Not experience in finding fault. First couple of time person just left saying everything is working. He does not have basic knowledge that when work is done we should wait for few min to see if it is working or not. Then when called back started acting rude and was not able to find the fault. To get out of the job mention that its resident fault and have to replace the part. After getting the new part and installing it. He forgot the basic thing to check if the part is getting proper power. Spend hours going in and out and smoking all over the place and shouting swearing in unit and found that there was problem with the new part connection that he has not check before.

  Person should had waited for some time and see if the service is properly done or not. Person should have check the installation of new part is done properly or not. I will never recommend this person to anyone.

  Checking furnaces for winter, found 1 of 2 not working; Called the installer and was told January as short service people. Called Alba on Tuesday, he made time after completing another job and came on wednesday. Small children so needed heat. He spent the time, ran and got parts and had up and running before he left for the night. Very good service by Fitim. Highly recommend.

  Fitim is professional.courteous, & highly dependable. His knowledge and speed provide the difference in doing a mechaniocal job and is always competitive. He has replaced hot water heaters, trouble shoots HVAC, and can do the elctrical and plumbing assoctaed with this work to keep it efficient. Never a call back does it riight the first time. A pleasant experience each and every time time.
