    Alban did a total, mid-6 figure renovation of our co-op building’s lobby which included a new lobby floor, wall coverings, a renovated ceiling, new lighting, new doors, renovated mailboxes, updating package rooms with new shelving, new radiators, and replacing granite on walls.

    The result exceeded our highest expectations as Alban did an extraordinary job. Adrian Zerka headed our project and was outstanding as he kept us fully informed and up to date throughout the project. Deadlines were met, very good, practical suggestions were made throughout the project, difficult jobs were made properly and were looked easy, vendor deliveries were on time and our phone calls were returned promptly. we knew what was happening every step of the way throughout the 5 month project.

    This type of project is risky not only from a construction perspective but because it is ripe for many resident complaints. We never received one complaint from any resident. Instead, residents were effusive in the compliments of Albanthroughout the project.

    The renovation replaced a dated 1950’s Art Deco style lobby and transformed it to a beautiful looking, tastefully decorated modern lobby which added value to our building and our units.

    We highly recommend Alban. The company is professional, very easy to work with, is reachable nearly anytime and knows the importance of completing a project on time and on budget. We are extremely pleased that we selected Alban from 5 other vendors who bid our job.

    The toughest decision of our project, which was selecting a good construction contractor, turned out to be our best and easiest decision in the entire process.
