This guy is a scammer, beware. He gave my elderly mother a quote to take down my deck and build a new one. Gave first bid of 2300, then came back again with a second bid of 3800 then gave a third bid of 4800 after he was completing the deck. Then stained the deck wrong color and even used used materials. After looking into his license found out he was not licensed in Oregon.
