Albert Wagner was hired for a major remodeling in our kitchen and we had a nice experience with his work and contractors. Our kitchen ended up being just the way we wanted and we had no major issues.

I had a good experience with Wagner when I hired him for a garage and kitchen project in my house in Boca. He followed up with other contractors and managed the work well. I was very satisfied and it was not too costly.

I hired Wagner to remodel my kitchen and he got the permit in a reasonable amount of time, completed the work and hired an electrician to complete the job. I was very satisfied with his work and recommended him to some of my friends as well.

Albert was hired to install a partition wall with no electric or plumbing. This small project took almost four months to complete. He haphazardly followed up with the city for permits and while he is a licensed GC, it did not appear that he knew what he was doing. On top of that, he never did any of the work himself. What is more, his subs complained to me about not being paid. BAD NEWS.... STAY AWAY!

However the project which had a very narrow timeframe to be completed was delivered on time and in accordance with plans and regulations. Other contractors please stay away from this business owner. -

Wagner was hired to remodel my new house in Fort Lauderdale. He took care of the permitting and construction. All subcontractors were licensed and performed their duties accordingly. I would recommend this contractor.

Albert Wagner was hired to put in a second floor in my house. This was the most miserable experience I have ever had with a contractor. Could never get a straight answer, workers never showed up, etc. Ultimately, I had to get a new contractor to finish the job. I would not recommend this company for any job.

The owner, in a very unprofessional manner, waited to get the revision approved and then fired me to hire a less costly contractor. -

Wagner was hired to do a small renovation at our home; after 6 months of stalling, no shows, failed inspections, and poor quality work, we were forced to fire him and hire someone reputable. Stay away!
Response from Albert Wagner Construction Inc May 21, 2017This project was modified by the owner several times. Each time required a new revision at the county. No work could be done until inspections related to the revisions passed. However, to the owners credit, I have to admit that I had hired sub-contractors that were struggling with the project. Those subcontractors are not part of my team any longer.

I've dealt with this contractor on a couple occasions once at a country club in Pompano Beach and the other at a condo in Singer Island both times he was able to get the job done on time and a little cheaper than the other contractor were asking and I would recommend him for any future jobs
