  The ONLY reason he gets 1 star is because , it will not allow me otherwise.
  BEWARE!!!!!! Albert may seem good in the beginning , but I assure you it will change. First let me state the facts :
  -Albert started out pretty good and affordable
  -His crews were never consistent , I wish I had taken that as a red flag. (why would he always have different crews with him) I found the work to reflect this .
  - I recommended him to a friend before all down sliding , and my friend told me the guy is a typical crook. I didn't understand, not yet anyway.
  -Out of 10 visits, I say about half of them he was always trying to get more money out of me, he wanted to pull down my gate to my fence and put a new one. (this is so he can get his seat down to my back, which would not work because its big and I have a lot of detail in the back)
  I decided to give in, only because he stated he would do it for free, I would have to buy the equipment only. Well the equipment was purchased and he now wants to charge me.
  - He wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for trimming trees in back yard, then all of a sudden he lost that guy that would had done the job. So now he suggest I rent a lift at H.D, this was getting to be a very expensive project. Well he finally recommended me to a guy he knows. I should have picked up on the quality of people he deals with from the revolving workers he brought with him. This guy shows up with mom ans girlfriend, and they are arguing with each other in my back yard. I should have left him at that point.
  -So the final straw, he now arrives with yes a different crew. This time they break my dinning area window. The weed eater hit a pebble and it went through my window. I sat there and watched the guy look back and ignored it. WoW!!! I couldn't believe this. Long story short, he told them they had to pay for it, the refused, he then proceeded that I broke it from the inside. REALLY!!!!!!. I broke my own window. Then he also had the audacity to imply that I had a crew out before him, and they broke it and Iam trying to get him to pay for it. BOY this guy is something else.
  - so now texts are going back and forth, and I even had the police come write a report, ( I was planning on taking him to small claims court-but for $175 , its not worth my time). So the officers is here , and funny thing is, he knows him, and reluctantly stated his family don't use him anymore. WONDER WHY!!!!! So Albert's suggest he give me credit towards my grass being cut for the $175. I 'am telling you he is something else.

  His final resolve- he ignores me and has not paid for the damages.

  In any business, this is unacceptable.

  This is my experience with him. GOOD LUCK if you decide to use him.
