    Roof Paint

    Don’t use Allbrite (Albrite) Painting for any paint job. They’re are extremely unprofessional!!! They gave me a price quote to paint my roof and after we agreed and they had pressure cleaned the roof on Monday no one showed up to paint the next day. After several text messages and calls and 4 days later he came up with the story that paint prices are higher and in order to finish the job I had to pay $1100 dollars more or buy the paint myself!! And according to him he did the same to another client that was also painting their roof this week in Sunset Falls! Totally un-professional!!! Look for another painting company that is reputable!

    Repaint our home
    $2,100

    Just had our home repainted by Albrite Painting and we were completely satisfied with the workmanship and on time completion of all painting. We just had a new roof installed and during the painting process, a few roof tiles were broken. The owner Angelo immediately made good on all repairs and cover the cost of the installation of the new tiles so that our warranty was kept intact. Highly recommend Albrite Painting for home repainting. The cost was very fair and all work was completed on time and to our satifaction.

    In a nutshell, you get what you pay for. This is about Angelo, the owner of Albrite Painting.

    1) His bid was the lowest. That should have been our first clue.
    2) He was extremely disorganised.
    3) He promised us his best painters. The painters taped most, but not all areas. When they removed tape, paint had made it under the plastic, onto the windows. They did not cover the pavers on the front or back porch, so paint dripped.
    4) The painters did OK on the walls (except on the spots where the spray didn't cover well), but not on trim.
    5) They used elastopatch on everything (where paint was peeled, on drips that they made - we showed another painter, and he just shook his head).
    6) We mentioned some things to him, but he has an interesting way of avoiding answering questions; he thinks he is a psicologist or something.
    7) They only do one hand of paint, but with a sprayer. They don't prime first. "The paint has primer" is what they said later.
    8) Angelo liked to repeat how he has SO many years of experience, but he didn't notice any of the mistakes made by his team. He has several well-prepared answers, so you can tell that he has a lot of experience talking.
    9) We are going to fix what we can and hire someone to do the rest. It's not worth the agravation of another disagreement. We have concluded that he is a very good sales man, but he also LIES. He made a great impression at the beginning, but did not deliver. Maybe he just sent us a bad team (a man and a woman... they spoke Spanish, so we could not understand almost anything they said).

    I am so glad to tell the other side of the story mrs ad hire our company to paint her house back then we where running a community special we had painted more than 10 houses in her block all the neighbors were very happy and keep referring us to other neighbors mrs Ed ask us for a quote lots of neighbors warn us about how problematic this lady was despite that we decided to move on before we started we talk a walk around the house to explain the proses of preparation and paint and she agreed also we mentioned to her several times that super paint from sherwin Williams comes with the primer inside and she agreed to everything once the job was completed we took several walks around the house with her fix the minor touch ups-she was happy and paid us after 2 weeks she calls me back for some additional touch ups we came back again a month later same thing this keep going on for almost to months I didn’t know what else to do she was picking on very minor this not visible to the eye.in 15 years of business had never encountered anything like this.and of course we are very passionate about what we do have 15 years and never lied to our customers that’s why we have a very high reputation and lastly not sure about the English barrier when she speaks perfect Spanish and all the communication we had was in Spanish.
