    CSLB researched and told me Juan Alcala at phone# 925-383-4365 is not licensed. He told me he was a GC. He started our project and was always hard to get hold of. He would set dates that he was going to come, but never show up. We paid for the project and it was barely 2/3 done when he ghosted us permanently.

    Juan took us for over $100k. He claimed he was licensed, did all work without permits. Lied through his teeth. Finished maybe 50% of the work. He has no conscience and will stop at nothing to lie and take your money. We filed a complaint with the contractors board of CA and exploring legal avenues too.

    Been 6 months now; we are now going to court to get refund and damages
