    Had my dream house build with Alcantar Construction Company and had no issues of any kind. The process was fast had my house build in less than six months. Very happy with their work and will recommend to any of my friends. Thank you Alex.

    Definitely not. Unfortunately, I met Laura Sambrano, Alejandro's wife and she seemed like a very nice woman.

    It is one of the worst experiences that my family and I have had. Now I have a house with thousands of defects. Some defects are as follows.
    In less than two months we already had flooding in the garage, dripping in the bathroom sink, and the air conditioner was poorly connected, we paid a plumber out of our pocket because Alejandro did not want to come to repair it. Laura and Alejandro never answer the phone.

    We agreed on a budget for the construction of the house including county permits. When I spoke to the county we discovered that Alejandro's checks had no funds. As a result, I was living in a new house without electricity during the winter for three months in a state of disability.

    Also, they ordered the wrong roof tile, the kitchen cabinet doors open on the wrong side. I ordered the floor of the house, Alejandro set the floor when he finished installing it, there were 3 boxes left over which he stole. The primer was included in the budget for the construction of the house, but Alejandro did not put a primer.

    As if that were not enough, Laura accused us of broken wood in the house and accused us of having broken the water pipe in the garage.
    All my plants died because the outside hose did not come out of cold water.
    Some appliances were ruined due to flooding in the garage.

    Everything has happened in less than a year. I write this review to alert the community not to get carried away by these people. I know more people who have had to battle with Alcantar Construction. DO NOT hire them!!
