Alcovy Builders Inc. is comprised of 3 partners, which have a combined history in the Walton County building industry totaling over 65 years.
The partners, Patrick Allen, John Jessup & Rodney McCart started Alcovy Builders in 2010. The 3 have worked together to build the company from a small rehab business, as the industry was recovering from the housing crisis, into a very productive company specializing in both speculative home building as well as custom build homes for individuals that may want to build on personal or family land.
The partners at Alcovy Builders strive to create an outstanding building experience for the customer, through clear communication, honest building practices, accurate cost planning, and hands-on services by both our project management team and the top shelf subcontractors that have been a part of our team for many years.
Alcovy Builders builds each home as if we planned to live in it. Alcovy Builders endeavors to make your dream home become a reality!
