By Devang S.February 14, 2019Sunroom project$5,150
Great folks to work with. David is the gem of a licensed contractor. He knows what he is doing. We had been having issues for a sun-room project that was messed up by three previous contractors and none of them could pass inspections. David took it over and fixed all correctly thru to the county inspections. Very nice, neat, clean work and very professional. We highly recommend David and his team of expert contractors for any general work without reservation. Hands down the best experience ever for contractor work. Thanks David.

Reliant Construction removed a massive stone chimney, fireplace and hearth at the front of the house, rebuilt the wall and installed a picture window in its place. I'm very pleased with the result.

Asked the right questions, called me promptly and has showed up to the site twice, on time.....

I would definitely recommend Reliant. They are true professionals doing must of the work instead of hiring subs. Had the do over 42k of renovation work, weren't the lowest bidder but you get what you pay for. Dave was always responsive and a man of his word.

Would have hired them if the cost was within the same ballpark as the others. Extremely professional. Really wanted to do business with this company

The screened in porch looks great! One of the screens doesn't fit right so they will come back to replace it. Seem to stand by their work. Very happy with the quality.

I would recommend this contractor to others. All through the process they showed concern for my wishes and made sure everything was done as stated.

750 Spring Valley Drive. BuildZoom said they would obtain several contractors to bid on this project, which was to replace 3 support beams in my basement room with a single I-Beam. Reliant was the only contractor to bid. The bid of $14,700 seemed high, but under the circumstances I was grateful to have anyone interested. They responded promptly and after a several month delay due to supply chain issues obtaining the steel, they completed the project promptly. The installation work went well, but the finish carpentry work needed completion which they did quickly after I complained. I still had to countersink a dozen or so finish nails that protruded and caulk up nail holes and some edges prior to painting. Their cleanup was a little careless but they corrected that promptly also. They did not ask for any money up front, so my risk of non-completion of the project was minimized - much appreciated. I guess I could dock them 0.5 star for the issues stated but these days to get a reliable contractor on a small job seems next to impossible so I'll still award 5 stars.
