To see what the owner/founder, Roger Dale Pollard, does if you DON'T buy your A/C system from him, go to "YouTube.com" and search on "Roger Dale Pollard". Also read the comments there. This man has been harassing me since 2006 when I made my A/C purchase from another company. He has a Concealed Handgun License and has threaten to physically harm me. After his last raging outburst (March 25th, 2012), I installed a video surveillance system. In my opinion, this person is violent, so be careful when dealing with him, especially if you are a lone woman.
