They came and fixed my heat pump, and re-loaded the refrigerant afterward, and everything worked well for a few days, then no cooling or heating. I'm just trying to get it fixed but was left hanging with no way to call someone. I'm hoping someone will call to schedule a service call. 253-651-7074. Chuck
