This is not an honest and reputable company. They did not do the work promised and charged way over what they should have. If you call to ask about work done, they hang up on you.

By a user in Santa RosaFebruary 23, 2018GFCI switches needed to be reset
These guys are ripoffs, they should be shut down. We were quoted a price to check our GFCI switches as they tripped a fuse in our remote box. The electrician charged us a $180 and we were quoted $125. When I confronted the office manager he said he would refund me $55 but that never happened. Also, if you have a complaint you will not get a return phone call.

Aleco Electric did work to replace the main electrical box and meter outside the house, as well as the staff atop the house where the electric wires connected from the pole on the street. This was due to damage cause by a large branch that fell on the wires.
My recollection is that Aleco performed the work satisfactorily and on time. Their rates were competitive. They arranged for the inspection and permit upon completion of installation. Overall, I was satisfied with their service.
The only thing I was unsure of was that they had quoted for a slightly upgraded amperage box, but upon installation they indicated that because of the size of wires coming from the street, they would only be able to use the standard box instead. I told that to our neighbor, a retired electrician, who didn't think that was valid. In the end, it really didn't make a difference to our service, so I didn't question the contractor.
