John and his crew have been to our home about six times, once for AHS all other times by our need of their services. Every time they have done a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for all electrical issues.

By Beverlyn L.March 11, 2021American Shield hired to check electrical
Gentlemen that came out didn’t complete work, put tape on bathroom fan and lied to insurance company. He was ver cunning, fidgety, and didn’t want to do the work even when I put him on the phone with insurance company. He was in rush when first came into my house. Worst part he told me to just sign to say he came out to my home. I signed later I read it, it said client doesn’t hold Alejo responsible for any electrical failures or damages. I hold my self responsible for not reading. Beware this company is very deceptive and scary. I wouldn’t recommend Alejo Electric to anyone.

This is the second time Alejo has come out to our home to fix different electrical issues. Same technician both times. Service was on time, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend!

Alejo Electric was assigned by our home warranty, and they were a gem. Jesus quickly found out why several outlets in the garage and outside stopped working, a bad GFCI that was still powering a light - I would never have guessed it was bad! Although this was my first experience with Alejo Electric, if you have a home warranty, I'd recommend asking for Alejo Electric. I've used others and this was a so much better experience. Voice mail sometimes is full, call again the next day and leave a message if you do not get a person. This company returns calls!
