The installation of AC unit was fine but the post installation experience was terrible. I was promised a 10 year warranty for parts and 1 year warranty for labor and never received a physical copy or confirmation of this at all. I did not even receive a receipt for our book keeping. Repeatedly called Antonio for weeks and was met with “yea I’ll email you with the documents today” after over a month he now ignores my calls and texts and I still haven’t received anything.
