Two weeks later she demanded we come and look at the unit for free. We told her we would as soon as we had a free moment. We are very busy at this time of year. We saved all correspondence with this particular customer, due to her extreme rudeness.

They were the most reasonable bid we got out of four and their work was very neat . Many friends have said how nice my furnace installation is very happy.
