My worst nightmare. Did not complete the work. Took partial payment and left the job unfinished. I had to get another person to come in and clean up the mess Alex had made for additional payment. I now have to pursue legal action against Alex to recover my money. I would stay away from this guy despite his lower pricing. Not worth the hassle.
