I cannot recommend this construction company to anyone. From start to finish, the experience was riddled with problems. Alex consistently cut corners, leading to countless mistakes that required them to return multiple times to “fix” their work. When we pointed out obvious issues, we were met with gaslighting responses like “trust the process” – but the process was clearly flawed as the problems kept piling up.

The quality of their craftsmanship was laughable. The painting job looked like it was done by a child, and their attention to detail was nonexistent. Worse, they left the worksite messy and failed to clean up as promised.

The most concerning issue was their handling of lead remediation. Not only was the work poorly done, but they left lead debris behind, putting the health of the occupants at risk. After their so-called "completion," blood tests revealed elevated lead levels in the occupants, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous.

This company’s incompetence and lack of care for safety, quality, and professionalism are staggering. Avoid them at all costs.

I would highly recommend Alex for any home project that you have. He installed a new rood and gutters, kitchen cabinets, floors, small deck, and did electrical work in my house. He and the people he hired were very professional and did an outstanding job.

A great experience from start to finish-- on time and on budget. Highly recommend, Alex.

Alex has done several jobs for us and has always done well. The latest job was to insulate and drywall our garage. He and his helper did an excellent job at a reasonable price and finished quickly. I would definitely recommend Alex .

We hired Alex on the recommendation of a neighbor who had hired Alex previously and was very pleased with his work.
We could not have been happier with Alex and the quality of his professionalism. Alex first came to inspect the job (extensive carpenter ant damage to porch) to give us an estimate and explain what work was required to compete the job. This was unlike the other two contractors, one that said he couldn’t give us an estimate because he didn’t have x-ray vision and the other that came and inspected the job but never followed up.
Alex told us what time he would arrive to start the job. Alex arrived promptly at the time he stated and put in a full day of work. The second scheduled day of the job it rained. Alex still arrived when he said he would and worked in the rain completing the job ahead of originally planned.
His craftsmanship and attention to detail was obvious in the finished job. Not only did Alex do a great job in final cleanup he even took the time and effort to rehang the hanging flower pots that had originally been on the porch.
Without any hesitation we HIGHLY recommend Alex for your next project !

Alex has done three projects for me and I've been very pleased with each one.

1. Clean out flooded basement and install a sump pump. Alex did this very thoroughly and quickly. Since the sump pump has been installed, I've had no other water issues.

2. Repair wooden pool enclosure. This job was also well done.

3. Install a new roof. This is the largest job Alex did for me. I got three bids for this job and Alex's was the lowest. He had a team of men working with him who were very neat, polite, and professional. At one point,he decided that with the pitch of my roof, it would be better to put more feet of black paper than what was originally quoted and he did it to improve the quality of the work without charging me extra.

For all three jobs, he came when he said he would, and if he couldn't, he would call and let me know. He worked quickly, left the area neat, and did quality work. I felt comfortable having him in my home and felt he was trustworthy.
