Alex Perez is a thief. He uses the profession of being contractor to rob his customers. I have a contract with him to remodel my kitchen on August 2nd and said the job was going to take 2 weeks and maximum 3 weeks and it is now November, 3 months later and he does not finish my kitchen. Since August he left me with no Kitchen, no running water and no stove. My appliances had being delivered early October and they cannot be installed because he does finish the job. to make matter worst he stopped to answer my calls and text. He got 95% of the money he asked for. He is the worst person to do business with.

Alex did a tremendous job on a variety of projects, helping us make our dream home a reality. Alex gutted and remodeled our master bathroom. He also installed over 400 square feet of vinyl fence in just 6 days. His prices were very reasonable and accommodated all of our ad-hoc asks. I would recommend Alex for anyone seeking to improve their home as is very skilled in many areas.
