Thief, clown, & fraud! This guy is a thief, clown, and fraud. He wastes a lot of time on jobs. He's also a terrible communicator who is prone to disappearances where you can no longer reach him and he become impossible to call. He fails to operate according to contractual agreements. He's quite untrustworthy as he will blatantly show no respect for a verbal agreement, he will say one thing and he will not honor it and this means little to him. I cannot recommend anything good about his slack work ethic. AVOID this contractor at all costs. He will make your project unsatisfying.
