My pool heater wasn't working correctly. On a Monday I called a service shop who said they would be out the next day between noon and 5. Called at 2, was told they would be there. Called at 4:50, gee they didn't have me on the schedule. They told me the best they could do was the following Monday or Tuesday. Nope. Called a few other shops and was told "next week sometime". Called Alex on Thursday. He came out on Thursday. He fixed my pool heater on Thursday. As of Thursday, I am a very happy customer of Alex's Pool Heating & Air Conditioning! Honest work!

Being a snowbird and Port Charlotte home owner since 1995, we received a phone call from the neighbour indicating our pool was down to the bottom of the skimmer, the ditch between the houses was filled with water and the pool heater appeared to be the culprit. The heater was installed after hurricane Charlie and we figured a new heater would have to be installed at an estimated cost of between five and six thousand dollars. I phoned three local prominent pool stores and all were intent on selling a new unit. Not one store suggested the unit be inspected by a qualified heating and air conditioning journeyman.
We contacted Alex's company and determined they sell and install new heaters if one was required however the office staff suggested an initial fee to determine what was actually required. To our delight Alex replaced a pressure switch which corrected the problem for $218.00 as opposed to a replacement unit. Alex has proved himself to be not only competent at his trade, he is also trustworthy and has his customers best interest at heart. Tnak you from a long distant customer.
