We connected with Alfred after he was recommended to us by our floor vendor. We accepted his referral based on his assurance that he works only with the best. Aside from the flooring arriving on time as promised, the rest of our experience has been beyond disappointing. First the flooring was delivered and stacked outside the night before it rained. Although they assured us none was damaged we ran out of flooring midway through the project despite having requested 2-3 extra boxes beyond what was needed. They crew was messy, left a huge pile of red dust dumped in my yard (which of course my kids stepped in), cut doors leaving them uneven, two of my closet doors no longer close and worst of all I have several areas where the boards are separating. We were assured the flooring would be corrected. However the project was completed in November 2022 and despite multiple emails and calls to Alfred and nothing has been corrected. Still waiting.
