I highly recommend ALIVE Industries. ALIVE was my solar contractor, They were easy to deal with, Adam didn't use any high pressure sales tactics to make the sale, in fact we visited four times over three years before I made finally made the decision and was financially able to purchase solar. During this time, I was not bombarded with follow up phone calls, or anything of that nature.The installation crew were actual employees of the company, not subcontractors, the were timely, they were neat and clean in their installation, they communicated with me. They brought in their own porta potty so they weren't asking to use the bathroom.My solar panels were not only laid out to be efficient, but also laid out to be asthectliy pleasing. I heeded my old electrical panel switched out and it was more complex than most, so the installation ended up being 2 1/2 days instead of the estimated 2 days, but this was communicated well. ALIVE handled all of the permits. Once installation was done, I was told now we wait for inspection and sdge to approve, which could take some time, because they move at their own pace and there is nothing that they can do about that part. I may have been lucky, my inspector was on the ball, he came out the next day, then the following day received the notification from sdge to go ahead and activate the system.I told told Adam my sales rep and the owner of the company that I wanted to generate more power than I was currently using, so I could run my AC without worry, after 12 months and my settlement period with sdge I ended up owing $3.86, I would say that ALIVE came pretty darn close to my goal.Once again, I can not recommend ALIVE enough and would use them again.Totally satisfied and pleased.
