Working with Jason is not something I would recommend anyone do. His work is shotty and he fails to complete work that he has been paid for. His contracts offer a 2 year warranty for work, yet when you call to have him fix issues that arise or finish work properly, he refuses to take your call or return your text messages or emails. He also speaks poorly and offensively towards women. I am disgusted by the fact that he claims to be a Christian and then treats paying clients the way in which he has. DO NOT HIRE HIM

Do not hire All About Basements. They do not finish the work in the agreed time frame and the owner doesn't pay his subcontractors. He will ask for 65% upfront money and more during the project, but will leave you high and dry with the work not finished and ask you to give him the remaining balance. Don't do it... you will have sub-contractors calling you and try to put a lien on your house!!!

Took longer than estimated by ~30 days. They didn’t float the door frames or metal flashing on the wall corners, so movement of the cement floor caused some issues with cracking drywall and shifting door frames out of alignment. All About Basements came over to inspect and told me that it wasn’t covered in the warranty, but that he would help us out and get it fixed. The agreement was that AAB would send someone over to get everything fixed in one day, and I would take care of painting after completed. It has been over a year, and I haven’t been able to get AAB to return a text or voice message (I see it as took money and quit). The work turned out good outside of the issues with not floating everything as required, but I would not recommend AAB as they don’t follow through with what they promise.

Jason once paid never came back to finish the final issues and do the electrical work we also paid for for hot tub installation. We have been trying to get in touch with him for a year now to get some money back since we had to do the final work ourselves. He looked us in the eye and said we'd never have to worry that he'd come back and do what was needed. Paid him 50,000 and just looking for the money we had to pay to finish the project since he never came back or contacted us.
