Unpleasant experience. They used the situation (without heat during a cold season) to significantly overcharge me. After I consulted another technician I understood that they replaced working parts without any need. They charged me for parts that they did not change. I had to pay for the repair the cost of a new furnace. Unprofessional.

The Pits ... Con Artists... Start a repair and unable to complete . The worst manner /attitude in talking with customer.

Think Twice using this company. Service tech and Sal are extremely rude people to deal with. They will charge you for parts that is covered through warranty. WORST CUSTOMER SVC!

I read all the reviews and even had some positive referrals from All AC & Heating. I called and was able to schedule a convenient appointment. I was calling for air conditioner repair and not a replacement. I made that clear in the call. The technician came out did his tests on air conditioner and the temperature of the air it was sending out to the house. He stated he wasn't going to fix it and that it was not something that could be fixed. He stated the compressor was about to go. If I wanted I could call the office and get a quote on a new air conditioner. "I have nothing to do with sales." -technician.

Wish I could rate zero stars. I contacted All AC & Heating to fix the mess a contractor made of our HVAC system. The tech that came out was really nice but said it was beyond his scope, so he'd have the owner and one of the owner's sons come out. Well, the owner and one of the sons showed up on the day of mapping my HVAC system. After finishing for the day, the two said they'd have to come back another day to finish. After repeated calls, which were not returned, they never came back. I later ran I to the original tech who'd helped me and mentioned the situation. He was surprised, took down my info, and said they would be in contact. Still didn't hear from them. Sal, if you didn't want the job, just say so. If it was more complicated than you could handle, at least have the decency to communicate that to.

What was once a very good company has become one of the worst. Tried to schedule service and some additions to our air conditioner system that they had installed and they didn't even return my calls. One service person who came out initially told us that our system was not working because it was too hot. Evidently they don't believe that air conditioners were meant to cool us down.
We once thought All AC & Heating was a good company but whatever had changed has rendered them inefficient and unreliable. Will never use them again.

One star for good first impression. However, the company went silent after I signed my estimate and submitted to the company. I sent multiple follow up emails, texts, and phone calls to the office - all were left unresponded to over the course of 2-3 weeks. Not one return phone call or email. I had one text replied to saying "tomorrow." Maybe I said or did something wrong? I was hopeful, as the company came highly recommended. Now I'm about a month behind schedule.
