DO NOT under any circumstances hire Bill Heim or All American Builders to do any project at your home. We were required to file suit against Mr. Heim for breach of contract in order to get the work properly completed and even after admitting he was wrong and being forced to settle he was difficult to deal with. He went through 3 HVAC contractors on our project alone, each of which will never deal with him again. This after telling us that his subcontractors were all people he had worked with for years and years. Mr. Heim is the rudest and most arrogant individual that it has ever been my displeasure to do business with, insulting me and cursing at me in my own home. I am trying to spread the word to prevent others from going through the same pain and aggravation that my wife and I experienced for nearly 6 months trying to deal with this man. He has a short temper and at one point canceled a meeting because he was too hungover. I have facts and photos, videos and audio recordings to back up every claim. Mr. Heim proved untrustworthy early on in the process so we thoroughly documented everything and I would be happy to share it with anyone interested. Thanks for your attention.
