  replace all windows and sliders, tear out and remodel MB bath and guest bath

  It has now been two years since All American finished our project! Their quote was very attractive and a lot of promises were made to us about professionalism, pride, quality of work and predicted completion of project. In retrospect, All American cannot have any repeat customers!!!! Every facet of their of their company was a fabrication and the customer (us) were glad to see them eventually leave our project so we could improve our due diligence and hire "professionals" who were skilled, on time to work, professionally dressed and cropped, worked hard and took minimal/reasonable breaks, etc!!! The only reason I gave All American a rating of 1 is because zero was not available.

  Bath remodel

  $13,500

  RUN! This guy is a total hack. He remodeled our bathroom and nothing is right. It took 10 weeks and most of that time was spent installing and constantly replacing tile in the shower. None of the tile is flat in the shower or floor. I had to remount the barn door track, sand and repaint the door itself. The countertop was cut in some guys backyard and the sink openings were not cut correctly.
  I could write several paragraphs of issues but I’m tired of writing. You get the picture.

  Repair leak in kitchen and replace the flooring that was damaged

  I had a leak under my sink that went under the kitchen floor. I saw this company fixed everything. I called them. I work nights so I slept while they worked but my adult daughter was here with them. They didn’t have any fans to dry the floors so asked if we had one. We had a small clip on fan so they used it. I came home the next morning and went into the kitchen and there was water coming up through the brand new laminate floors. They spent the whole day fixing the floor and trying to find the leak. Said it was dry and left. Well it’s 5 days later and the floor is already coming up. I let them know that this is the third time they wanted to fix their mistake and I do not want them to come back. Gary said he had 45 years experience. If after all those years this is acceptable I feel for his prior customers. Run don’t walk.

  Pour concrete walks and patio

  $9,000

  These people were hired to poor a sidewalk, patio and steps. The quality was terrible almost all the concrete edges are not finished with ragged edges . The steps are not square. They used particle board to pour concrete pads. The pads they poured are not square and the concrete is cracked in less than 6 months. They were more interested in saving a few dollars on wood forms than providing a quality product. Anyone that hires this contractor can expect "Hacks" to show up. Don't hire them to do anything
