Be aware of this contractor. Cory and his first concrete contractor were terrible the foundation and garage were out of square and they had to redo it foundation walls were bowed. Terrible job and when I called him out on it he didn’t like it. I paid him the contract price and he never came back to finish the job. Installed garage windows and they all have nails through the vinyl on the window. Per his contract we signed we were supposed to have a warranty on labor and now he won’t answer calls. Very poor workmanship and very poor business. I should have listened to another person that told me he was bad news.
