    Sales people gave us a lot of promises that weren't kept. Unfortunately for us, we didn't get all of these promises in writing. So legally, we don't have a leg to stand on. All I can say is when dealing with this company, or any other company, GET ALL DETAILS IN WRITING. If it sounds too good to be true, then it most likely is...

    We were told by the salesmen from All American Design that we qualified for the HERO Program, which the salesmen said was a government backed program...UNTRUE..HERO is not affiliated with any government program...We were told that HERO WOULD PAY for our re-roof if we would pay to have solar panels installed (cost of roughly $34,000)...UNTRUE...We were told that we would receive a $18,000 rebate check from the government for the solar panel installation and that we should bank the $18,000 to help offset the balance of the payments for the panels...UNTRUE...There was no solar rebate check.The salesmen showed us a payment schedule and said our out-of-pocket balance would be about $200 a month for the first year, and would decrease each following year...UNTRUE..By the time we got the paperwork in the mail from HERO, it was too late to cancel the job.

    Long story short, we ended up with a beautiful new roof, insulation, and 19 solar panels (which fortunately are saving us money on electricity).BUT we are left holding the bag for a $66,301.11 lien against our house, and an increase of $6,964.75 in annual property taxes.The contractor, All American Design, got their money from the HERO Program and I'm sure were laughing all the way to the bank...I honestly don't know how they sleep at night.

    Took us for a ride, started off sales pitch that solar would be covered by government programs which it isn't. Had panels on the roof for 5 1/2 months and still don't work, had channel 2 news come out and the did investigation with David Goldstein!

    All American Design were class act professionals from start to finish. I've moved several times and dealt with several roof replacements and I can easily say that All American Design was the best company I have ever worked with. I will be using them to get new windows next and it makes all the difference to have quality people that you can trust.

    Working with all american was something else, my wife and the twins got along with thus company from the beginning, the guy that knocked on my door, the representative who showed on time the next day, Abe nino! Was very knowledgeable and made us a marketing home , the guys who showed up were all all certified to do the work and we checked trust me, the end result is a great roof and great service and most importantly a platinum warranty

    I had my roof done with All American design in May, they came out here and did an excellent job. The process of the tear-off and installation went smooth and all the issues were address. I also had them do my windows, they look great. My home looks like new with the new windows and roof! I will definitely have them back for anything else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable contractor.

    All American Design took great care in replacing my windows and slider door, then after my whole exterior. Not only did they coat my whole home, but they also repaired all along the bottom of my stucco where layers were coming off! Overall, I fully recommend All American Design to anyone who cares about quality and affordability.

    Quality company, quality wormanship, great customer service. All American Design helped me with my roof, it was failing and needed a solution fast! I got a Owens corning roof! Fixed all my problems and I'm incredibly greatfull to AAD. They consulted with me, they provided the solution, and I think they could do same for anyone.

    Love my Windows!!!!

    I bought a house that had just been built in 2004 and my windows had already lost all of its Argon Gas and got filled with condensation, so gross!!! I saw some Anlin windows at the hermosa street festival at a booth. I went online and Anlin recommended All American Design. Tanner and Phil came by to measure out my windows and gave me some year end rebates to make them affordable( I think my cookies helped :) The windows all custom made were took 3 weeks to make and only one day to install. Hector ,the foreman on the job was knowledgable and dealt with the craziness about my plants. My windows look amazing!!! These guys are local and do great work!!! Thanks again!!!

    I got my new roof with them and my experience was great. It took about a week for the project to be complete and it looks great. I got a 50 year warranty with it.
    I definitely recommend them!

    I'd like to share my experience with this company.. Me and my husband were thinking about replacing our roof last year, but we never had the chance to contact any companies. We heard about All American Design thru a dear friend of ours (which had amazing windows and patio work done) and we decided to give them a call. My husband spoke with Tim (General Manager) and he gave us a brief summary of their company and their work, after that we decided to meet with him. On the day of our appointment he did an inspection just to make sure we knew what we needed and to answer any questions or curiosities we had. After the inspection we sat down and went over all of our options, gladly they had different FINANCING OPTIONS to choose from. We went forward with the project. The part I liked about the company is that they have this 3-day right to cancel on their contract, which made us feel safe and not locked in to a contract right away.

    Anyway, the process of our project went perfect as planned.. Derek (Production Coordinator) was a great help answered each and everything we were concerned about, the installers were always on time and finished the work with out any problems... there was only one minor thing that they did to the roof, but got taken care of right away when we called Derek (we all have to know any construction work isn't always going to be perfect).

    I would recommend All American Design to my family members and everyone else here on Yelp! We are proud to say that we have the best looking house on the block! All American Design, Inc. would be welcomed for our next big home project.

    If you want good quality stuff, good quality people and amazing service this is who you want then!. I got my windows done with them! I have had work done other contractors and they never deliver on what they promise. But ADD really deliver above and beyond what they promised. Can not stop talking about how great my windows are!!!

    I’d like to start that I am very happy one day someone knocked at our door from All American Design! I wanted to change our windows almost since we moved in! But thinking of all inconvenience and expenses we would have always pushed it for the future. The canvasser from the company was nice and asked if we were interested in any remodeling job. We set the appointment with a sales rep for a free quote. I was pretty sure it would be overpriced and we not going to do it that time, but decided to try since it was free. Well, there was no need to worry!!! The sales rep was very good at explanations and all my questions were answered in simple words so I can understand it!! The price was reasonable so we had no doubts about doing the job. Our house is 3-bedroom and it took 1 day to change all windows. There is also a person who comes after to inspect how the job is done! The job was done perfectly!! Many thanks to this company! We will definitely recommend it to everyone!

    All American Design recently replaced our leaky old roof. Their employees were knowledgeable as well as personable. We were well briefed on our options and everything was well explained. We were comfortable working with them. The scheduler paid attention to upcoming rain predictions so they had ample time to complete the roof without leaving us vulnerable to weather problems. The roofers kept our walkways clear and safe during construction and cleaned up thoroughly and efficiently when the work was completed. Office personnel were friendly and kept us updated on schedules and permit progress, promptly sending a roofer to complete minor adjustments requested by the city inspector. The inspector told us the company had done an excellent job and we could be proud of our new roof.
