I can't remember being pleased enough with the repiping done on our 86 unit buildings. We had numerous Slab Leaks. It was a cluster of 8 units in each building. Nick and his crew were able to repipe each building in a week time. The technicians are very Experience with good attitude they were very respectful to the tenant. Our tenants are extremely happy. The inconvenience was minimal their work crew was out sooner than what we expect leaving excellent work behind.

We just finished a complete repipe of our home. We interviewed 6 different companies to get estimates. We weren't in an emergency situation, as we didn't have a leak, but all of our neighbors have had slab leaks so we figured it was inevitable. We have a 23 year old two story home. We went with pex piping, which is plastic. I was very concerned about water quality and any long term issues that might be associated with the plastic's chemicals leeching into the water. I read research conducted by my husband's alma mater, Purdue University. You might want to Google it. Anyway, my concerns about the plastic, coupled with my kidney disease, led me to ask for a hybrid install of copper to the kitchen ( drinking water ) and pex everywhere else. One other company suggested that as a viable compromise.
Our home is 1960 square feet. We had estimates of everything from $5800-$8,100. One company offered a $1500 discount if we'd do the job the next week ( rainy season ). I was very turned off by gimmicks. American Repipe and Plumbing was amazing. The supervisor who came out ( Nant ) was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and dealt fairly with us with regards to price. They weren't our cheapest quote, but I highly recommend this group of workers. They actually did what they said they were going to do. How often do you see that from a contractor? Integrity. Simply put, that's what we wanted. We wanted a fair price for a job well done and done as promised. I felt comfortable with the workers who were here. Your house will be a mess with holes poked everytwhere and dust an inch thick, but that's to be expected. We had a crack in our water softener and Nant called the company and ordered the part- something he could have asked us to do. They installed new fixtures and made some excellent suggestions along the way. And their drywall guys rocked! Some companies make a big deal out of their drywall guys being part of their company. These guys were separate and we paid them directly, but it's the best drywall application I've ever seen. Save yourself the trouble of getting multiple estimates- call these guys! Highly recommended.
