He checks with us during the project to make sure it fits our vision, or to see if he needs to make changes. And he explains if something is not going to work, then offers alternatives. So we get the result we want.
Most importantly, he asks questions to make sure he understands what we want, rather than just jumping into a job. Besides, he's friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. Oh, yeah, his rates are reasonable.
