  Freezer leaking and not cold

  All Brands Mechanical was assigned to us from our home warranty program and we finally got them to switch to a new company! Our fridge was leaking water and they came out, took out the ice machine, said it was broken and left. Didn’t spend more than 2 minutes here. Returned with no warning/call to let us know they were coming, thank goodness we were home, and put in the new ice machine and left. No advice on when it would work or follow up. Days later no ice and freezer was warm- everything melted. Called a third time said it was a pump , again spent two minutes in the house, didn’t take apart the fridge or freezer and said they would order it and let us know when new part is in. Fast forward one week and 5 calls/voicemails later and finally get someone on the phone who said our claim was closed after the ice machine was put in and we need to submit a new claim with our warranty company before they can order any parts. Well we got a new company out here, took apart the freezer, spoke to Samsung, after an hour working on it found it’s the control board. New part ordered and we’re on our way to a fixed freezer. DO NOT use All Brands? Who knows how long it would take for them to have found this out and HORRIBLE communication.

  replace HVAC motor

  This has to be the worst company anyone could ask to do business with. DON'T, they will not return your calls, you cannot get someone on the other end when you call. I have had an appliance issue awaiting to be fixed for 8 weeks now. They have done NOTHING. I paid them up front and have not heard from them again. I reported them to the BBB and am now getting an attorney involved to sue them for non-compliance and intent to commit fraud.

  Fix a/c unit

  Tech was on time. Very professional. Changed a fuse in A/C unit and worked on outside wiring. Was done in about 40 mins. We have air again. Loving it. Would definitely recommend.

  Fix Washing Machine

  $100

  This company has been out to fix our washing machine under a service contract with Sears Home Warranty. The first time they came out they said they needed to order a part and would come back once the part came in. After not hearing from them for 1 week we started calling and leaving messages. It is rare that somebody ever answers their phone so we are almost always forced to leave voicemails. It took 2 more weeks of voicemails and a call to Sears directly before they finally came back out. Now we have had them out for a second problem with the washer and it's a repeat of the first experience all over again. They said they needed to order a part and would call us back the same day to let us know. We have yet to hear back from them and it's now 3 days later. We've called and left voicemails again with no response. Will be calling Sears directly again I'm sure.

  THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH SEARS OVER THIS.

  Just wanted to post this so that someone else won't be inconvenienced as I was. My A/C unit is leaking Freon somewhere so it won't cool as it should. My warranty company (2-10) dispatched All Brands Mechanical to repair it. When they contacted me to set up an appointment, there was a discussion about the payment ($75.00 - and warranty takes the rest) that shouldn't have to be paid because I had logged a service call on the same issue before. I told them, I would pay it anyway.

  After scheduling the service, not only did they not show up, but I never got a phone call, and could only leave messages with no response for 2 days in a row. Got the warranty company to send someone else after they also tried to contact All Brands Mechanical. They said All Brands Mechanical told them they cancelled the service because they thought they wouldn't be paid (never informed me of the cancellation or that they had an issue or concerns).

  Beware, because it was All Brands that failed to fix my upstairs A/C unit the first time, and yes - they were paid. Had I not had the warranty company I would have been inconvenienced not just by wasting my time waiting for them, but would have been paying additional to fix what they failed to fix.

  Dyer

  One of the worst repair companies I have ever dealt with. They came to my house looked at my dryer, said they need to order a part. They collected my money and now claim they don’t have a work order. The women/man who answers the phone; I couldn’t tell, very is rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND......All Brand Mechanical, LLC for any service.
