Poor workmanship. Does not keep to his word about times or work dates. Sloppy, messy job. Gave him a second chance since he has a family and I expressed how important it was that he give me a date that he could stick to. Paid half upfront for the 2nd job, postponed 1 week because he was sick, which was understandable. However, he didn't show up or call the following week. Still currently trying to get refund for the deposit.

We hired All By Design tile to fix a botched job from a previous contractor that had to get torn out. Simon did a fantastic job with this Ein even went a step further to match the vanity with the custom soap Niche shelving in the shower area. Simon work is Flawless and such a happy person to conversate with that we would definitely recommend them to do our friends work and more of our work in our house down the road.

Simon was hired after a previous installer walked off the job and I needed someone to finish up the tile in the shower. He got straight to it and the work turned out wonderful.
