Mike was kind and courteous, at first. Finished in a timely manner. Unfortunately, he did NOT fulfill his contract. The contract called for flat white on ceilings, semi-gloss on the walls, borders, trim, and doors. He put flat white on the ceilings, satin on the walls, and flat white on all the trim, baseboards, and doors, We asked him to come back and paint it according to the contract, he refused. He said he was finished with the house, and would not come back. When we said we wouldn't pay till it was done right he threatened to put a lien on our house. We told him we would settle just for him to come back to paint the baseboards , trim, and doors in semi-gloss and we would pay him he still refused. So we asked for a discount he said no, mind you getting very nasty with us on the phone. After days of being on the phone with this painter, we finally agreed on an amount, basically just paid him off to get the situation over with. Beware!
