All Experienced Home Improvement T/A Elton Axhami

My father got estimates to do our roof from three different contractors and he gave us the lowest bid. Later the price doubled as he claimed that the roof needed all new plywood. That's understandable to a certain degree, He should have mentioned that when he first put in his bid. We initially agreed that it would include gutters and new skylight, but later he said that it wasn't included in the price. Then the roof started to leak around the skylight and he gave us an estimate that was 50% higher then what we finally got it replaced for. Mistakes on our part were made, but I feel he should have been more communicative about the costs. Trustworthy, not much. He low balled the estimate to get the job and the costs increased as he went along. We walked away feeling that his last name should have two s's where the x is.

I don't have any complaint about this company. I was very pleased with the job and price. The guy was respectful and professional. I will recommend it.

The company ONLY has one worker. Seldom show up on time. FAILED to get the job done.(But I already paid him!!!!) At first, he gave me a reasonable estimate. After I signed the contract and gave the deposit, he came here and finished half of the job but asked for the full amount of money.(I paid him!!)Then to finish the rest job, he tried to raise the price(double price). This is the way that Tony's gets money! And the only worker is young(around 25-30). How come this company has 25 years experience? AVOID this company. Now the job is done by another company, big company with good reputation and experience. They charge me the same amount as I already paid Tony's.

Excellent customer service.very professional and competitive price. My roof got some missing shingles and damage plywood and it got fixed promptly. I was very happy.
