Horrible! Select someone else. I was told one thing in order to get me to sign contract and collect my deposit. Then everything changed. Start dates. Deceptive responses to project status. Incomplete work dealing with insurance supplements. Unresponsive. etc. etc. Attempts to resolve went nowhere. Currently working with BBB. Small Claims court is next. AVOID THEM!!! Update - Eventually able to buy my way out of the contract. $372 for absolutely no work. Don't let a contractor get away with a fuzzy contract and verbal commitments. Get it in writing!
