All Family Construction

We have used all family construction for 3 separate projects now & have had wonderful experiences every time. Steve & his crew are all skilled at their craft & have great communication. They just added a large porch all the way down the length of our house & I was wowed with the level of craftsmanship. 10/10 recommend

We recently had a window ledge replaced. The work done was inferior as he took two pieces of wood and stated he could make them seamless. Screws were also put into the boards to try to make it tight. It failed. I kept texting/calling him back to fix it. He stated he would but said he was very busy and would try to get us on his schedule. I finally gave him an ultimatum to send me some money back since I paid him in full and I would get someone else to fix the poor work done. I am still waiting for the check. Bottom line is Steve is over his head in the ability to do good finish work. I would not hire him again and would advise others to find a more capable contractor.

Also last year we had a deck put on by Steve. Turns out the cedar wood was too green. Looked good at first, then the stain came off and the boards warping. After several attempts to get Steve back to fix it, he finally showed up screwing down the warped sections and re-staining the deck. I just pray it lasts.

One star is too generous!!! He took our money damaged our home and took items from our home. He is a thief and liar. Dont be taken by this guy he is pretty smooth and has done this apparently to others. There are plenty of contractors who are honest and need the work. Hes not one.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....THEY STOLE OVER $60K FROM MY 85 YEAR OLD AUNT. I have two recordings with Steve admitting he spent our money and refused to pay it back. Not to mention he kept asking for more money..his quote means nothing.
