AWFUL Experience! Total con-artist! DO NOT HIRE this guy. He will ask for advances and has no money. Doesn't do things to code. Now he's trying to tell us we owe him even more money after we fired him! Words cannot describe how angry we are.

I was never a big reviewer I know all the "Cool Kids" are using it. I guess I was more an "Old Fashioned" kind of Gal utilizing word of mouth. Nonetheless, I welcome the online realm fully now! With that being said, I am sadly appalled. There are no words to describe the lack of customer service, and satisfaction towards this company. It is 100% true, All Heart Builder's does not warranty their jobs for their customers at all. I feel this is what I get for being a non-handy woman and having to hire professionals to come out and do things I cannot. Isn't this the point of hiring a "contractor"?! This is ultimately what I and many other peoples are always afraid of, let alone spending almost 30K on my home. I've never felt so violated and used.
By the end of the job, l had a leaky faucet ruining my hardwood flooring, electrical completely done wrong to the point if I use three outlets at the same time my whole room goes black, unfinished projects on contract I had found that were purposely hidden from my view, and so much more...this was only the beginning. I discovered other problems along the way when having another Contractor come out. Why not contact the owner of All Heart? I tried getting a hold of the Mick on his cell phone/business line to discuss these matters, this option doesn't even exist. Cannot leave a message, voicemail is full and no call back. I tried texting, got nothing. Reached out on Facebook. Nothing. Final string....Contacted Home Depot Pro Desk where All Heart Builders received my project from come to find out All Heart Builders refuses to come out and warranty, stating they are "too busy" and to find someone else.

If there was a ZERO star option, this is what I would share with the online community, but since we cannot, here's my 1 star.

    1. Jobs take nearly 3 times the amount as originally stated. More money is requested half way through jobs because Mick Radich underbids the job with the intent to win the Customer and then once begun, he requests a significant amount of money more stating he didn't take things into consideration. You're supposed to be a professional? Shouldn't you know these things? Unfortunately, by this time, you have no other option really, your home is already being torn apart!

    2. Majority of the pictures Mick shows Clients are fraudulent and not actual work done by AllHeart Builders. SOME of the work has been done, for example, a sink, or a toilet change, not an entire remodel as they claim because the bathrooms look absolutely amazing ALREADY! I'm not saying all the pictures are fraudulent and that they haven't done remodels, only that some pictures that have been used were not even done by Mick, as he claims. This is soooo wrong. I found pictures the exact same photos online when I was doing my research about remodeling because I was so upset with his lies.

    3. California states that 10% of the jobs amount OR no more than $1,000 upfront is allowed to be taken, whichever is LESS upon contract signing. Mick requests so much more, but because people do not know this, he uses this to his advantage. He signs the contracts the date he starts, which is illegal, you need 3 day grace period for all contracts in California. I learned this the hard way.

    4. Mick does NOT pay his legal and illegal workers on time, nor the full amount. He always has excuses as how he has no money, or wasn't paid by Customers/Home Depot. Sadly, we have discussed this with his employees and wonder why they are frustrated with Mick. Maybe because they can't afford to feed their families and Mick expects them work for free for weeks? Can we agree this doesn't make any sense and is wrong? This is the owners responsibility to take care of their employees and Customers.

    * It has come to my attention Mick has lost a ton of contracts and Customers because of his inability to run his company and has lost employees due to his plethora of lies and manipulation.

    5. Do you know how hard it is to get a hold of Mick? For any reason?! You're forced to go through the lead installer for his company. For the longest time, people thought the lead installer WAS the contractor because Mick was never around and could not be reached via the company business line. Also, his voicemail was always full.

    6. WHEN Mick was around, he would ogle distastefully at the women of the house and we all heard how he would talk about women, including awful things about his wife. Super unprofessional. Who would want to hire a man like that to come to your home and do his? This is so wrong. I was done with him soon after these observations.

    7. All Heart Builder, Inc. cuts every corner that they can get away with. I've heard the employees telling Mick that they shouldn't do things a certain way because it's not up to code, but because it saves time, to go ahead and proceed as not everything gets inspected by Inspectors.

*Mick does not warranty his work either. Once he is out of your property, if you have an issue with any of the work done, you're on your own.

*Very sad, unless you want to go through a law suit, waste your time and more money, I recommend steering far and clear from this company.
