Joe Oleandi assured us that he could help us with a leak in our roof. He took 3 hours to make the repair and when I asked him how he could be done so quickly, he said that he had 53 years experience and knew what he was doing. I asked him if he guarateed the job -- after paying him $1250 -- he said YES, he guaranteed it. The first big rainstorm found the same problem -- leaking in ceiling. He came back with another worker and together they said they had fixed the problem. We just had a major rainstorm and the ceiling leaked more than ever. When we called him today, his response was "I can't help you" and he hung up! All this money for nothing! The problem is worse than ever!

Beware ! Be sure to get Everything, All Details - explicitly in writing. When providing an estimate, I was promised my gutters would be fully cleaned & flushed out - Insuring all downspouts were clog free & functional. Joe had actually made sure I had a functioning garden hose.
All that was actually done was - they gathered debris from the gutters. NO flushing occurred. $150.00 rip-off.

Had Joe installed 2 sinks. Total nightmare!!!kitchen and bathroom. Both leaked had him back 5 times. Still leaks. Called him back a 6th time. Tells me just live with it. He says he’s been doing this work 55 years. That’s seems highly unlikely. He charges over $2000 and there’s no quality workmanship!!!he needs to provide homeowners with refunds. Never apologizes for all the hassles and in convienance. He cashed checks right away. He treats homeowners and employees horribly. Don’t waste your money!!!!
