We have contract with this company for several years. Always issues to making appointment convenient for our time, and showed up a few hours early before scheduled time. They told us the heat pump unit need repair, their technician pointed out we have issues with it, but he was uncertain about freon and type he need to use and how much. We send them voice mail with sound of broken heat pump. But technician never comeback to fix it for over 10 months. Their service is awful, they will lie to your face about repair and never get back to you. We always have to ask for several times for someone come over to do our yearly maintenance, or repairs. They refused to refund balance of contract upon request.
