    Took 4 trips to fix a leaking laundry room faucet. During first trip, water was turned "off" beneath laundry sink; however, 3 weeks later the 4th plumber verified leaking water collecting beneath sink that seeped into master bedroom walls, baseboards and carpet. Took pictures. Company management denying any culpability, won't respond to me directly, and hung up on me.

    Absolutely horrendous service from this company. They came out and made the decision that our home warranty didn't cover our repairs without any justification. It was obvious that they wanted to circumvent the home warranty company and be paid directly by us. When we tried to get answers they conveniently ignored us and never returned our calls. Run, don't walk, from these guys. They're dishonest.

    I would give a zero stars if I could. Scheduled service through home warranty service. Technician, Adrian, lied and told me "hold tight" and then manager supported him and didn't resolve the issue. Don't. Waste. Your. Money!

    Called American Home Warranty on Aug. 20 for plumbing issues in my kitchen waited two days for Intercity called they only called after I called AHW for no call back for two days. Second day I called was put on hold for 7-10 mins I hung up called AHW back requesting another contractor after that call Intercity starts blowing up my phone too late if it takes you two days to get back to me I need someone that is serious about the work. I will no longer do business with AHW because the only plumbing contractor they have is Intercity. I will pay for a plumber out of pocket but I have hired another warranty co. over the weekend.
