I can hardly contain my frustration with this company. On April 7, there was a bad hail storm in Davenport, IA. Facebook ads came up advertising this company and they had lots of "likes," so I reached out to them. We met with project manager, Meredith, a few days after the storm. She was late but not too late. Oh well, we figured we're all human and things happen. On our next meeting with her, it approached 30 minutes after she was scheduled to be at our home. We called her and she said she wasn't coming. Very unprofessional. She rescheduled for a few days later. During this meeting she took some photos of the hail damage and said that we would be working with her as well as a project manager named Sam. Come to find out, she quit abruptly and never told us. Sam and the owner, Alex Mayorga, came out to our home on May 12 to do another estimate and remove some siding to run an ITEL report to see if they could locate the same exact siding. At around three weeks, I reached out to Sam to request an update. He said the siding sample was never received by ITEL and that he'd overnight them a new sample. I requested the tracking number and never heard back. After six days of no response, I received an email from Sam saying he never sent it. It is now over two months since the hailstorm and we have gotten absolutely nowhere with this company. I see their Facebook page is under a new name and I could not get through on Sam's work phone. Upon calling their number that is listed, the woman who answered (the receptionist, I guess) said that they no longer exist and it is entirely a new, family owned company. I can't believe I've wasted over two months on this joke of a business! Save yourself a headache and a lot of frustration and do not do business with this company-- whether All Major Restoration or the "new" All Major Roofing and Siding. New name, same mess of a company! I'm left with my hail damaged house and missing siding due to their report that was never even run.

Save yourself the headache of working with this company! We used them for major repairs in April, after a hail storm. Not only did they NOT complete the work, we are left to find a reputable siding company, as they took the money towards a siding job they had NO intention of completing. After filing a complaint with the BBB, we are forced to seek legal action. The company has split, and is operating under 2 names that we are aware of, so they are busy ripping off other home owners in the area.
