Don't do business with this company. Don't sign up for a service plan for a discount on service because they will gladly take your money a year later without notice to "renew" their plan. Don't bother calling them about it either, since their process to arrange for a refund involves sending an email to their dispatch team via Gmail or taking longer than a week for the "finance team" to review your claim. They are not professionals, and have exceptionally poor customer service over the phone.
There are lots of good plumbers in DFW and the Mansfield area. Skip All Masters Plumbing, or at least be sure to use a credit card so you can reverse erroneous charges if they decide to dip into your account without any notice.
