My cable company failed to fix my internet so All N 1 services came out and was super efficient and reasonably priced. They fixed my issue quickly and had my internet up and running. Will definitely use them again.

Was always on time, kept clean and organized work site. Worked with us to save money where possible, and stayed within budget. Did an excellent job on new lighting installation and troubleshooting electrical issues in our older house.

Joe Garza was contracted to complete the entire renovation (except 3 items) of a property I own in Denison, TX for $60,000 including labor and materials. He has been paid $45,000 out of that $60,000 agreement plus an additional $8,250 for an addition to the scope of work. Despite 45k out of 60k being paid to Joe for the renovation of this home, he has ceased work on the project and dramatically reduced communication with me if he even decides to answer. He was extremely responsive when it came to me getting him the money. He hasn't answered a single phone call out of the probably 50-100 calls I made to him since the third week of March (today is 5/22) but when I called him from another number, he answered on the 2nd or 3rd ring. This proves that Joe has been evading me and his contractual obligations with my property. I would highly recommend AGAINST hiring this individual and would caution all parties that are entertaining any sort of business engagement with Joe and his company "All-N-1 Services". I had another contractor in this area with a highly respected reputation walk this property and he told me that Joe's work was unbelievably subpar and all needed to be removed and redone. He quoted me that I'm looking at spending another 40k-70k to fix what Joe had screwed up. Joe never pulled permits for this job even though the city of Denison requires a permit to do a remodel and once the city gave the property a red tag as a stop work order, that is what seemingly caused Joe to pack up and abandon the job. I shouldn't have paid him as quick as I did, but I felt pressured from Joe by the constant requests for funds. I would highly advise anyone considering hiring Joe to decline his services and contact me as I'd be more than happy to share further details regarding my experience with him.
