  Fix tub faucet and control cartridge

  Jeff did a horrible job installing two tub faucets… very easy job. Then he lied to my home warranty company to get out of two other jobs. He claimed the problems were preexisting. I didn’t realize he lived in my house to be able to claim my control valves on my tub faucets were not working when I bought my house. They were working fine when I bought my house!! The cartridges are wearing down from wear and tear. They flat out LIED to get out of a job!!

  clean drain

  My experience was quite different from other reviews on this site. All Out Plumbing quickly cleared the drainage in both a sink and tub. Remember that satisfied customers unlike the dissatisfied rarely write reviews. A few of these negative reviews I have seen on other sites where the company responded with the other side of the story.

  When I was asked to allow access for the plumber, I disconnected the water line to the dishwasher, disconnected the drain line from the garbage disposal and unplugged the cord to remove it. After the plumber performed the repair (2-18-22), the next day I went to reconnect both the drain line and water line. I noticed the garbage disposal was no longer in the state I left it in. Two screws were missing and the seal of putty had broken. I called the company at 9:15a to ask what happened and where are the screws. The lady said she would need to talk to the plumber to ask. She never called back so I called again at 2:45p. She said she spoke to the plumber and the plumber saw the garbage disposal in that state before he started the work. I told her there’s no way and I want to talk to the plumber. I have not received the call from him. (2/24/22).
  Yea they fixed the leak but unresponsive to my complaint and clearly lying. Garbage disposal cannot be reinstalled without two missing screws.

  I am concerned that in June of 2021, ALL-OUT PLUMBING was dispatched to my home, they resolved an issue and I paid them my Trade Call Fee directly. However, they have failed to provide that information to Old Republic Home Protection - despite providing me with electronic proof that they charged me. Now Old Republic Home Protection says I have an outstanding balance equaling the single trade call fee. I submitted the proof to Old Republic, they said that was enough and they reached out to ALL-OUT PLUMBING, but no response. Something shady is going on here.

  Repair water heater

  Dispatcher, Michelle, literally SCREAMED at me on the phone and hung up when she heard we would record her screaming at me. Repair man refused to document what was wrong with the water heater on the invoice which is ALL we asked for.

  They could not complete the work on 2 consecutive visits and was told they would get back to me.
  I had to follow up.
  The second time they didn’t call me until four days later and when informing their customer service, she didn’t care and was not even apologetic.
  Had to go with another company who fixed the problem in 2 hours.

  Water heater

  It took 4 days to show when he does he has a twelve year old kid with him, not very professional, then he wanted to switch to electric instead of gas, has been gas since 1967, he only wants easy jobs, didn't want to run vent pipe, don't recommend was rude and unprofessional.
