Great job by All Phase Plumbing!
We had to have city required lateral repair work done on an older, inherited piece of commercial property in SB. After a long search for an available plumber we hired someone that was totally inept and had to start our search over after wasting many months. That is when we hired George Rios from All Phase Plumbing and not only did he get the job done, he did it well and went above and beyond. We do not live near SB, and we were not very familiar with the property, but George was always accessible by phone and he was very patient while answering all of our questions. He inspected the property, gave us a detailed estimate (substantially less than previous plumber was going to charge), and once we gave him the go ahead, he promptly got started. He took care of all dealings with the city and coordinated with the various city departments (no easy task), added a missing clean out, and took care of the inspections and permits for us.
