All Phases Building did a wonderful job on our addition. Everything works great! John did the design, excavation and building. We would recommend All Phases Building to anyone who needs construction.
Thanks!

All Phases Building did a complete remodel of a home we bought. They not only did fine work they did all the designing and engineering we needed for the city. Our kitchen was reconfigured and rebuilt. It looks so beautiful now. They built an extra bedroom and bath that fits perfectly onto the existing plan. We love these guys.

All Phases Building built an Accessory Dwelling unit for me this year and did a spectacular job. The job was completed on time and on budget. They did a wonderful job on it. Thank you APB!

All Phases building built our home in South Pierce County. Built it on time and within budget. They even did the design work for us! I found John to be remarkably easy going and reasonable.

We had the worst experience with this builder ever. Bad communication, shoddy work and very slow. We contracted All Phases Building to do an addition on our house. When the county framing inspector came over to inspect the framing they did, his comment was "this is one of the worst framing jobs I have ever seen". The roofer that All Phases subcontracted out to do the roof also mentioned how terrible the framing job was. Halfway through the project, the owner of the company was suddenly "too busy" and told us without warning he couldn't come out for a whole month to finish up the project. Two months later, the roof the subcontractor put on is leaking and seeping through our drywall, causing damage to our house. All Phases refused to fix it, even though we were told our roof would be under warranty.
